Very quick & easy. Rowdy was knowledgeable when I told him what I was looking for. Jay was very helpful w hen I came back to purchase & the two delivery guys, Rowdy & I apologize I didn’t get the other one’s name but both were friendly & very efficient in moving the old one out & bringing in the new one. This was my second purchase with New Braunfels Mattress & I will purchase there again. Highly recommend!!

Junior and Jose # 10 delivered and set up Our bed yesterday. We were pleased that they were able to deliver earlier than planned . The bed height was adjusted to our satisfaction, they were polite, effective and very efficient. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Very friendly and knowledgeable female staff. Found us the perfect mattress and even gave our 6 year old daughter a lamb stuffy and a great restaurant recommendation.
