We want you to love your bed. You may exchange your mattress within 90 nights (or longer per a specific brand's policy). Please sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to let your body adjust.

• You can exchange your mattress within 90 days of delivery (365 days for Nectar, DreamCloud and Puffy).

• A $249 exchange fee covers redelivery and return transportation.

• Condition: Mattress must be clean, odor-free, free of pet hair and have the original law tag attached.

• Delivery distance: Addresses 30+ miles from our store may incur additional delivery charges.

• Exclusions: Clearance, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, accessories, and special-order sizes (Split King/Cal King, custom sizes, RV sizes, etc.).
