Refund policy

We are committed to finding the right mattress for you. We recommend sleeping on a new mattress for at least 30 days to fully allow your body to adjust.

In the event that you are still not comfortable, you may exchange for another mattress of equal or greater value up to the 100th night from the date of delivery. Exchanges are limited to one and the purchase of one of our quality mattress protectors is required. A $99 delivery fee plus a 10% restocking fee is charged at the time of the exchange. For deliveries greater than 25 miles from one of our stores, an additional delivery fee may apply. Please contact a store representative for more information. Special orders, clearance items, pillows, toppers, accessories, adjustable bases, unsanitary/stained items are excluded from guarantee. Removal of the law tag also voids this guarantee.
