Mattress Comfort Exchange & Returns

90-Night Sleep Guarantee (Mattresses)

We want you to love your bed. You may exchange your mattress within 90 nights. Please sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to let your body adjust.

  • You can exchange your mattress within 90 days of delivery. 

  • A $249 exchange fee covers redelivery and return transportation.

  • Condition: Mattress must be clean, odor-free, free of pet hair and have the original law tag attached.

  • Delivery distance: Addresses 30+ miles from our store may incur additional delivery charges.

  • Exclusions: Clearance, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, accessories, and special-order sizes (Split King/Cal King, custom sizes, RV sizes, etc.).


Break-In Tips (first 30 nights)

Let your mattress breathe for a few hours after delivery. Use your hands/feet to gently loosen surface foams and give your body time to adjust—most people adapt within ~3 weeks.

We strongly recommend a waterproof mattress protector to keep your investment clean and ensure eligibility for the 90-Night Sleep Guarantee.

Unsanitary or altered items (stains, odors, pet hair, insects, damage, missing law tag) are not eligible for return/exchange.

Safety & Pickups

Our delivery team inspects all returned items at pickup. For everyone’s safety, contaminated or unsanitary items cannot be removed and are not eligible for exchange or refund.


Furniture (Non-Mattress) Returns

  • 30-day window for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Damage/defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Delivered items: $99 delivery fee + 10% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned in original condition/packaging.
  • Exclusions: Clearance/final sale items and installed/modified products.

Low Price Guarantee (Mattresses)

If you find the same or comparable mattress advertised for less within 90 days of your purchase, we will match the price and refund the difference.

Excludes clearance, outlet, floor models, preowned items, and auction/marketplace sites (eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace). Please provide proof of the advertised price.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • To change or cancel before delivery, contact us—we’re happy to help.
  • Refund timing:
    • Credit/Debit: 7–10 business days.
    • Cash/Check: Refund check mailed in 2–4 weeks.
    • Financing: Up to 2 billing cycles.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and the same purchasing customer listed on the sales receipt.

If your refund hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we will investigate.


Gifts With Purchase

If a return causes you to no longer qualify for a Gift-With-Purchase, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund (or collected at exchange).
