Comfort Guarantee Policy

Here at New Braunfels Mattress Co, we are committed to ensuring your comfort and we want you to love your bed. We ask that you leave your mattress uncovered and free of bedding for a few hours after delivery to ensure proper ventilation. We also ask that you try your mattress for a minimum of 2-3 weeks to give it some time to break in and allow your body to adjust to the new feel.

All mattresses of $599 and above are covered by our 99 day “Comfort Guarantee”. At any point during the first 99 days after delivery you are entitled to a one time exchange for a mattress of equal or greater value. A $99 dollar redelivery free plus a 10% restocking fee of original purchase price will be applied to the exchange. For addresses greater than 30 miles from our store additional delivery charges may apply. You cannot bring the mattress to us yourself, our delivery team must collect it to ensure that it is not damaged in transit. Any stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or removal of the mattress law tag voids this guarantee. We recommend leaving all tags on the mattress during this period and ask that you use a waterproof mattress protector to ensure your mattress stays clean and undamaged. The “Comfort Guarantee” does not apply to clearance items, adjustable foundations or special orders. Any foundations or mattress sizes other than Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen or Standard King(76X80) are not covered by our “Comfort Guarantee”. Bedding such as sheets, pillows and mattress protectors are non-returnable. If you need to switch to a different size and received any free non-returnable accessories at time of purchase, the cost of these items will be added to your exchange fee.
