ALL ITEMS AVAILABLE ON NBMATTRESS.COM qualify for free in-store pick up and all local/extended delivery options. Delivery address must be within 25 miles of our store (345 S Business IH 35, New Braunfels, TX 78130) to qualify for LOCAL DELIVERY, and within 50 miles to qualify for EXTENDED DELIVERY.

Puffy, Nectar, and all Bed-In-A-Box mattresses qualify for FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING (no haul away or setup). To use LOCAL (25mi) or EXTENDED (50mi) delivery services for these brands, the delivery address must be within 50 miles of our store.

Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Serta, & Simmons qualify for all delivery options. If the delivery address is beyond 50 miles from our store, the only available option is NATIONWIDE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY.

LOCAL DELIVERY — Within 25 miles of 345 S Business IH 35, New Braunfels, TX 78130

Two options:

FREE — Local Drop Off (contactless). Drop-off only to front/side door or garage. No entry into home, setup, or haul away (including packaging).
$49 — Local Delivery Set Up & Haul Away. Includes drop-off services plus new mattress/box spring + bedframe setup, removal of packaging from purchased items, and haul away of the set being replaced (1-for-1).
Additional mattresses or box springs: $40 per piece. We do not haul away adjustable foundations or metal bed frames.

EXTENDED DELIVERY — 25 to 50 miles from 345 S Business IH 35, New Braunfels, TX 78130

Two options:

$49 — Extended Delivery Drop Off (contactless). Drop-off only to front/side door or garage. No entry into home, setup, or haul away (including packaging).
$99 — Extended Delivery Set Up & Haul Away. Includes drop-off services plus new mattress/box spring + bedframe setup, removal of packaging from purchased items, and haul away of the set being replaced (1-for-1).
Additional mattresses or box springs: $40 per piece. We do not haul away adjustable foundations or metal bed frames.

NATIONWIDE WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Applies only to Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Simmons, or Serta mattresses or sets (including adjustable foundations; no standard metal bed frames), when delivery is beyond 50 miles from 345 S Business IH 35, New Braunfels, TX 78130.

$149 — White Glove Delivery. Includes all services provided in Local/Extended delivery options except setup of standard metal bed frames. Available nationwide and performed by a third-party service.

FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING — Bed-In-A-Box Brands

Puffy, Nectar, and all other Bed-In-A-Box mattresses (and their accessories, including adjustable bases and beds) qualify for FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING. This option does not include haul away of old mattresses/box springs.
